The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006, created an explicit duty to assess and manage the risks from Asbestos materials in premises.

The first act of a responsible property owner or occupier should therefore be to commission the preparation of a detailed asbestos survey, which records the location, extent, type; accessibility and surface treatment of all confirmed or suspected asbestos materials. Due to the disruptive nature of this surveying method, we offer advanced endoscope surveys of structures where it is important to minimise damage to the fabric of the building i.e. listed buildings etc. By using the latest fibre optic endoscope, we can reduce disruption and damage on site but still deliver accurate visibility to the client.
